Sealcoating

Sealcoating is one of the most important elements of pavement maintenance. Sealer consists of either coal tar emulsion or asphalt cement mixed with water, emulsifying agents and/or drying additives. It is continuously agitated prior to application. Our sealcoating method is generally 1 coat to residential properties. Some commercial properties receive 2 coats. We hand brush apply the edges that butt up against other surfaces and then spray apply the remaining surface.

• Restores the original black color
